The Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department (LPFD) announced that live fire training will occur on October 24th and November 3rd at Sycamore Grove Park in Livermore. Participants will include LPFD, CAL FIRE, and Alameda County personnel.
Live fire training provides invaluable opportunities for agencies to work together coordinating resources and expanding knowledge for safer and more effective firefighting operations. This training will cover topics including fire behavior, fighting fire with fire, holding operations, and mobile attacks.
Livermore Area Recreation and Park District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
