Yoga is another form of physical activity that brings numerous benefits to the body and mind in promoting well-being. It improves circulation, energy, posture, muscles, immunity, and mental clarity. Reduce stress, anxiety, weight, and injury. The class is taught to participants at a comfortable level and allows them to get to and from the floor.
