Join us for adult sports and fitness classes! Taught by LARPD staff and various independent contractors, these classes cater to all skill levels and provide fantastic opportunities to maintain fitness, socialize, and unwind.

Chair Strength, Balance, and Flexibility (Tue)

Sandra Hodzic

Maintain muscle, build muscle mass, practice balance, and strengthen your core and neuromuscular patterns. We will also work on flexibility and range of motion. We will move to uplifting music and enjoy each other's company. Bring 2—or 3-pound weights and water!
