Star Tots (1-4 Years)

For children ages 1 to 4 years old, the Star Tots course provides instruction to the adult who accompanies a child. The goal is to help equip the parent or caregiver with methods to develop aquatic readiness and water safety habits that will result in self-rescue and swimming skills when the child is developmentally ready. This course does not teach children of this age to become accomplished swimmers or guarantee survival skills in the water. It does use loving encouragement provided by a trusted parent or caregiver to help guide the child toward skill development.

Starfish (4-5 Years)

Starfish participants will work towards safety and swim benchmarks to achieve water competency and safety goals. The benchmarks covered by all age groups include water readiness and trust, body position, air exchange, forward movement, direction change, streamlines, side breathing position, and water competency.

Sea Turtle (6-7 Years)

Sea turtle participants will work towards safety and swim benchmarks to achieve water competency and safety goals.  The benchmarks covered by all age groups include water readiness and trust, body position, air exchange, forward movement, direction change, streamlines, side breathing position, and water competency.

Squid (8-9 Years)

Squid participants will work towards safety and swim benchmarks to achieve water competency and safety goals. The benchmarks covered by all age groups include water readiness and trust, body position, air exchange, forward movement, direction change, streamlines, side breathing position, and water competency.

Manta Ray (10-12 years)

Manta participants will work towards safety and swim benchmarks to achieve water competency and safety goals. The benchmarks covered by all age groups include water readiness and trust, body position, air exchange, forward movement, direction change, streamlines, side breathing position, and water competency.

Individual Swimming Lessons

Our Individual Swim Lessons are developed and designed to be structured around the participant's swimming ability. Our instructors create a specific swim lesson plan specifically catered to each participant. These custom, hands-on swim lessons are a one (1) to one (1) student to teacher ration. Private lessons will be for anyone 13 years and older.
