We all love Livermore, but have you ever trekked over to see the world-famous Centennial Light Bulb at Fire Station 6 ?? Or looked it up in the Guinness Book of World Records?!? Learn about Livermore's Centennial Light Bulb facts and lore from City Historian Richard Finn in person.
Join us at LARPD to hear the stories of Livermore's rich history as Richard shares his research on the perpetually burning Centennial Light Bulb that puts our community on the map!
We will conclude with a short walk over to Fire Station 6 for a view of the light bulb in action and a brief fireman-guided tour of the living & cooking quarters of our esteemed and vigilant Livermore firefighters.
